Dr. Edward Hall
Lead Analyst, Faculty of Regional Security
Specialising in mercenary operational models, recruitment practices, and integration with conventional military forces. Dr. Hall has served as a consultant to numerous international defense organisations on force structure and PMC employment strategies.
Dr. Keegan Woodward
Research Fellow, Faculty of Naval Warfare
Specialising in naval procurement and defense economics. A native of Cascadia, Dr. Woodward is the grandson of the late Captain Woodward of CIFS Eminent Domain, later CINC of the Cascadian Navy. Dr. Woodward generously contributed his family's extensive collection of records, diaries, and photographs documenting the experiences of Cascadia Conflict during the Cascadian Conflict.
